    I've banked at 5/3 for 20 years. Went in to apply for a business credit card. They guided me to a representative within 5 minutes. After 45 minutes to an hour, the rep finally got the information entered into the computer and had me also fill out a multi-page document. A day later the rep called back to say the application failed because I failed to put "LLC" after the business name. I got online this morning and got approved by Chase Bank within 5 minutes. My card from Chase is already on its way. Thanks for wasting my time, 5/3. (By the way, I left out the "LLC" on the Chase application, too, just to see what would happen. They didn't seem to mind.)

    Took some tires to be resealed cause had a doughnut on the car and after they repaired it I had to take it home and put it on myself, had to leave the other 2 there for the night so they could get them ready for the next day. For 85$ you would think I wouldn't have to put the tire back on the car myself. Other than that had to wait for them to acknowledge us both times we were there for approximately 5 mins as the coworkers talked back and forth about other jobs. Just didn't feel like they valued the business.
